At the Bitterman Salt Company I cultivated stronger customer relationships in Portland, Oregon through outreach, knowledgeable and efficient service.  My role was to increase one-off and recurring sales through our sister brand The Meadow.  Since I began working with the company, changes I initiated induced year over year sales growth in excess of 5%.  Customer loyalty and brand awareness have risen as well.
